Duy-Hieu

Photojournalist based in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

He graduated with a degree in Photojournalism from the Academy of Journalism and Communication. Duy Hieu has five-year of experience covering politics, health, business, and social issues in Viet Nam.

He has strengths in reportage pictures. He works at Zingnews in charge of special products such as Lens, story.

Duy Hieu is one of 73 photojournalists around the world participating in the program Global Moment in Time: Photojournalists Document Challenges and Opportunities in the COVID Era, sharing about journalism during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In 2022, he was awarded the gold medal of the Asia Digital Media Award organized by WAN-IFRA in the category of Best Covid-19 related photography (News media companies with an annual revenue of less than US$10 million).
